I offer several packages based on your needs.  First session is complementary.

My basic packages are below:

  • Solo Training: $60 half hour and $100 full hour
  • Duo Training (two trainees): $90 half hour and $150 full hour
  • Workout Plan: $100  For those of you who have the discipline and motivation to work out on your own, but have found your own routine to be stale, this is a great option for you.  I’ll give you a 4 week workout regimen that you can do at home or at the gym based on your goals, ability and access to equipment.  This includes a 30 minute phone conversation and a written plan emailed to you.  (This is not a substitute for in person training. Exercises are designed for those who are able to implement them with proper form and technique)
